16 x 125 air cylinder (for a longer stroke go for 150mm, for a harder fuck increase the 16 to say 25 or 40!)

12v power supply (any old desktop computer one will do)
Compressor (any will work i found a silent one on ebay)
The control pcb is the complicated bit which i will try to explain in future posts.
So far the parts above can be sourced for around £25 provided you have a spare compressor and psu floating around.
