For some years my wife and I have lived in a warm climate. As a result she seldom feels the need to wear tights. I find this particularly annoying, as I love the look and feel of nylon. However, we normally return to the UK most winters, around Christmas. This means an annual visit to M&S for my wife to buy heavy winter tights. To my delight, I noticed a couple of years ago that she had given up wearing knickers when she wore tights.
